What is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine allows healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at a distance using telecommunication technology. Many insurance plans consider these services a covered benefit. We encourage you to check with your insurance about your specific coverage.

How to Schedule a Telemedicine Appointment?

All you will need is a smartphone or a computer with a camera and microphone in order to connect with our providers. Call any of our offices and ask to schedule a TeleVisit appointment. Staff will give you further instructions on how to connect over our secure telemedicine platform that does not require any downloads or accounts.

Getting Ready for your Appointment.

The day of your visit, click on the link below for your provider about 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to enter the virtual waiting room using your smartphone or computer with a camera and microphone.

Have this Information Ready:

Copay (if usually required for office visits)
Height
Weight
Blood Pressure (if able)
Temperature (if able)
Heart Rate/Pulse (if able)
